Programme payments
Administration fees, a government contribution and a donation, in addition to property and other charges.
Qualifying property
Purchase or rent a qualifying residential property. Retain it for at least five years, then continue to maintain a residence in Malta.

Eligible dependants may be included. Additional fees apply to adult dependants other than the spouse.
