Including your family

The DSP can include a lawful spouse and biological or adopted children under 18. Children aged 18–25 must be in full-time education and reside with or be dependent on the applicant or spouse. Parents of the applicant or spouse must be over 50, reside with them and be dependent on them. Supporting evidence is required.

Main applicant
At least 18, with full legal capacity, good character and no criminal conviction under the DSP regulations.
Application channel
Submit the application through a designated agent, with the correct programme forms.
Due diligence documents
The FIU notice requires a passport with more than six months’ validity, valid police clearance, a notarised CV and the relevant government payment receipt. Financial and probity checks apply; additional documents may be requested.
Citizenship decision
Approval rests with the Vanuatu Citizenship Commission. Complete the required oath or solemn affirmation and citizenship formalities before a separate passport application.

Vanuatu does not provide visa-free access to the UK or Schengen Europe. The EU permanently ended its exemption in December 2024. Compare the current destinations that matter to you before choosing a programme.
